Terms & Conditions
By proceeding with your treatment booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1. Age Requirement
All clients must be at least 18 years old and may be asked to provide valid proof of age. If suitable identification cannot be provided, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Medical Information
It is your responsibility to complete your medical questionnaire with accurate and up to date information. Failure to disclose relevant details may affect your suitability for treatment.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you wish to reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to a new date.
4. Consultations and Treatment Time
If you book an appointment for a consultation only, there will not be sufficient time to carry out a treatment during the same visit.
5. Suitability for Treatment
If your practitioner decides on the day that you are not suitable for treatment, your deposit may be refunded or transferred to another booking. Reasons may include contraindications, poor filler placement from previous work, unnecessary or unsafe treatment requests, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or unrealistic expectations.
6. Use of Product
If the full amount of product purchased is not used during your appointment, it cannot be saved, stored, or reused for a future visit as it would no longer be sterile or safe. This will always be discussed before treatment begins.
7. Behaviour Policy
AC House of Aesthetics maintains a respectful and professional environment. Rude or aggressive behaviour towards any member of staff will not be tolerated.
